How much does computer repair cost in Victoria?
We charge $150 an hour for homes and businesses, whether we come to you or work remotely. First hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. We tell you what we plan to do before we start, and you approve it.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. We visit homes and offices across Victoria, Saanich and Langford. We can also connect remotely, or you can drop the computer off.
How fast can you help?
Remote sessions are often available the same day, sometimes within the hour. On-site visits are usually the same day or the next.
Do you work on Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. We also work on iPhones, iPads, Android devices, printers, routers and smart-home gear.
What if you can’t fix it?
We’ll tell you, and explain whether repairing or replacing makes more sense. You won’t pay for time spent on a fix that didn’t work.
Do businesses need a contract?
No. Businesses pay by the hour when they need us. If you want regular check-ins, we can set up a prepaid block of hours.
Need a hand with your computer?
Call, text or book online. Most problems get fixed in one visit, and you pay for the time it takes.
